Assessment/activities:

The Industrial Ammonia Plant Operations course contains two different types of assessment: theory-based exams and a practical workbook. Achieving competency in this course can only be achieved by successfully passing both of these assessments.

During the three-day course, students will need to complete 12 theory-based exams. At the conclusion of the course, students will be given a practical assessment workbook – this is to be undertaken at your workplace to reinforce the learning. It must be completed and sent to the AIRAH office for marking within three months of completing the face-to-face course.

Successful students will be issued a certificate and statement of results; certification is industry-based and provided by AIRAH. Students who do not submit the workbook within the three-month time limit will instead be issued a letter of participation.
