PDSDO – Full program: Sustainable HVAC Design and Operation

AIRAH's accredited Professional Diploma in Sustainable HVAC Design and Operation addresses the full range of issues around environmentally effective heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. It covers sustainability considerations, responsibilities and compliance, design principles, design considerations, design processes and documentation, operational evaluation, and sustainable operations management.

This online qualification is suitable for graduate engineers (with at least three to five years’ experience), mechanical engineers, and industry practitioners with several years’ experience in the HVAC industry. It offers an advanced level of learning and skills for the HVAC industry professional.

The full program consists of four modules:

  1. Principles of Sustainable HVAC Systems
  2. Codes, Standards, and Rating Tools
  3. Design of Sustainable HVAC Systems
  4. Maximising Sustainability in Operations
 

There is a maximum of five months to complete each module, with an additional four months to complete the final (full program) case study assignment.

Successful candidates will receive the AIRAH accredited Professional Diploma in Sustainable HVAC Design and Operation program certificate.
