ACT - Geothermal Energy Efficiency
Join AIRAH’s ACT division and event supporting partner Geoscience to discover the potential of geothermal energy in relation to productivity and efficiency.
Yale Carden, M.AIRAH, founder and Managing Director of GeoExchange Australia, will explore how the concept of thermal potential can increase the efficiency of heating/cooling systems, and thus enhance energy productivity when coupled with renewable energy systems.
Dr Michael Smith, Senior Energy Efficiency Policy and Programs Officer for the ACT government, will also share the ACT’s journey towards net zero carbon emissions. This will include the challenges and opportunities of upgrading HVAC systems (residential and commercial).
The evening will include a site tour of the Geoscience facility of our event partner.
