Ongoing AIRAH activities
In the midst of this current, unprecedented situation as a result of
COVID-19, AIRAH continues its work on a number of activities. These are aligned to AIRAH’s
Strategic Plan 2020–2022, and the Institute’s mission to create an Australian HVAC&R industry that is highly skilled and professional, safe, sustainable and environmentally effective. It includes a number of programs and resources that can advance our members’ careers, technical knowledge, and opportunities.

AIRAH
recently released a position statement on HVAC&R licensing in Australia. It included a process for member/industry feedback, the results of which have been shared
here.

AIRAH webinars: Streamline sessions

AIRAH Registered Professional Engineer (ARPEng)
It’s time to get started on your application to become an
AIRAH Registered Professional Engineer (ARPEng). This is the professional accreditation for engineers operating in the HVAC&R industry, designed to meet the requirements of the Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) and other state-based schemes as they are released.
