Vance commenced his HVAC career at Holyoake in New Zealand. He then moved into service, contracting, and design for industries including the supermarket, pharmaceutical and commercial sectors. With over 13 years European and international experience, he returned to manage Holyoake’s Queensland facility.

Vance works closely with organisations such as AMCA, FPA and NFPA to offer assistance and support, specifically with fire and fire/smoke dampers.
