Commercial Kitchen Exhaust
On Thursday, June 11, AIRAH hosted the Streamline session "Commercial Kitchen Exhaust", with support from Air & Odour Management Australia (AOM Australia). It looked at the principles of commercial kitchen exhaust (CKE) system designs with respect to the NCC and Australian Standards. It also included discussion on how to mitigate the impacts and risks associated with commercial exhaust systems while including applications and effectiveness of CKE systems.
