Commercial Kitchen Exhaust

On Thursday, June 11, AIRAH hosted the Streamline session "Commercial Kitchen Exhaust", with support from Air & Odour Management Australia (AOM Australia)It looked at the principles of commercial kitchen exhaust (CKE) system designs with respect to the NCC and Australian Standards. It also included discussion on how to mitigate the impacts and risks associated with commercial exhaust systems while including applications and effectiveness of CKE systems.

Sven has a master’s degree in environmental engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) Lausanne. For more than 10 years, he worked as an engineering consultant on major infrastructure projects in Europe, Africa, and Asia. After moving back to Australia, he helped start AOM Australia with the objective of developing the company into an Australian and international competence centre in CKE and filtration systems.
