Who is speaking at Outlook 2020?
We are excited to confirm over 35 speakers from the Australian and international HVAC&R industry will participate at Outlook 2020. To explore the Conference speakers, please click here.

What platform is Outlook 2020 hosted on?
Outlook 2020 will be run across five Zoom streams, plus a networking café. Once you have registered, further details will be sent to you.

What will I need to join the event?
Please ensure you have access to a laptop or desktop computer and a stable internet connection. To participate in the networking, we also recommend a working microphone and camera. Presentation slides and papers will be made available exclusively through the AIRAH Events App. Please note that not all speakers provided a technical paper. Full technical details on joining the event will be sent to all delegates before November 10. If you have any questions or require technical assistance, please email us at [email protected] 

When is the networking café open?
Join your peers and network with Outlook attendees in our networking café, available to all Conference delegates. The networking café will be open before Outlook 2020’s presentations begin, during the lunch and afternoon breaks, and at the end of the day.

I have registered for the Outlook 2020 Conference. Do I also need to register for the AIRAH Awards?
No, you do not need to register for the AIRAH Awards if you have registered for the Outlook 2020 Conference. Your Conference registration will automatically grant you access to this year’s Awards which will cap off the Outlook 2020 event. If you only want to attend the Awards, please click here to register.

When do I need to register by?
We encourage you to register before October 20 to take advantage of early-bird pricing. The deadline to register for the conference is 9am November 9, 2020.

Who can register to attend the Outlook 2020 Conference?
AIRAH’s Outlook 2020 Conference is available to anyone interested and/or involved in the HVAC&R industry. AIRAH members receive a discount on their registration when they sign in.

Who can register to attend the AIRAH Awards?
This year’s AIRAH Awards are free to attend! Please invite friends, family, and colleagues to join in the celebration. For more information on the Awards, please click here.  

Are the presentations recorded?
Yes, unless not agreed to by a speaker. Recordings of the presentations will be made available following the event exclusively to our registered delegates. 

How do I access the slides and papers?
Please download the AIRAH Events App. PDF copies of the slides and papers will be made available to delegates through the AIRAH Events App throughout the day of the Conference. Please note that not all of the speakers provided a technical paper along with their presentation.

I can’t make the entire event. Am I able to register for just one or two of the presentations?
Unfortunately no – we are unable to facilitate registrations for only part of the event. If you can’t make all or part of the Outlook 2020 Conference or the AIRAH Awards 2020, we still encourage you to register. Following the event, registered delegates will be sent a link to access recordings of the presentations.
