With 12 dates across Australia in 2024, AIRAH’s Industry Nights offer HVAC&R suppliers a platform
to
showcase their latest products and services to professionals and practitioners working in the
industry.
These events are free for visitors to attend.

Terms and Conditions – Exhibitor cancellation policy*
*AIRAH applies these cancellation fees to recover non-refundable venue costs incurred within 60
days of events.
- If an Industry Night is cancelled or postponed due to natural disasters – if more than 60
days there will be no cancellation fee; between 30-60 days a 25% cancellation fee will
apply; and if less than 30 days a 50% cancellation fee will apply
- If you are unable to attend for medical reasons, certified by a medical professional, then
your payment will be rolled over to your next Industry Night booking. If you cannot
reschedule or have no further bookings, we will refund payment less a cancellation fee of
50%
- Other cancellations with more than 60 days notice – no cancellation fee
- Other cancellations between 30-60 days will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee
- Other cancellations between eight to 29 days notice will be submit to a 50% cancellation fee
- Other cancellations with seven days or less notice will NOT receive a refund
Terms and Conditions – Random prize draw
- This is a game of chance, and no skill plays a part in determining the winner.
- All registered attendees of the 2024 AIRAH Industry Night(s) are eligible to enter and win.
AIRAH staff are excluded from entering.
- One (1) winner per 2024 Industry Night.
- Register to attend a 2024 AIRAH Industry Night via the AIRAH website by completing all
required information and submitting.
- Check in on arrival at the 2024 AIRAH Industry Night you have registered for, between 4pm –
6pm (local time).
- Draw(s) will take place at 6:00pm (local time) on the night of each 2024 AIRAH Industry
Night.
- Winners will be notified via mobile phone and email address supplied at the time of
registration.
- AIRAH takes no responsibility for wrong information collected or missing registrations.
- The winner has 48 hours to accept the prize via return phone or email communication. Failure
to do so will result in the prize being forfeited.
- The prize on offer cannot be redeemed for cash.
- AIRAH reserves the right to change the prize offered. The prize value will remain at $200.
