Morphosis

A catalyst for sustainable digitalisation

Carter is managing director for Morphosis, an independent corporate sustainability strategy practice specialising in the real estate sector, where he works with property groups, fund managers, non-property corporations and governments. His career has included sustainable design for a large architectural practice. He has also headed sustainability across Asia-Pacific for a global property services group.

Carter conceived and authored Crossing the Threshold – A primer for sustainable digitalisation in real estate and cities, published by RICS last September and endorsed by the PCA, GBCA, ISCA and GRESB. He is now leading an industry initiative to make digitalisation in the built environment responsible, ethical and sustainable.
