ATTMA
And the ATTMA data says...
Since 2016 the Air Tightness Testing and Measurement Association (ATTMA) has been collecting Australian building airtightness test data in its Lodgement database. The data confirm that respectable levels of performance are commonly achievable. They also raise new questions.
Of interest to codes bodies, regulators, and IAQ advocates are some key questions. Are concerns around building airtightness, ventilation, condensation, and the links between these factors well-founded or overblown? And how can we match sensible ventilation solutions to the current level of build quality and energy efficiency?
This presentation will review the data so far, draw conclusions, and lay out paths for future research.
