During the past 30 years Clarke has worked with automation, systems integration, energy management and building performance optimisation, taking him on an industry journey from analogue to digital systems. This includes the current trend in data-driven cloud IoT technologies.

Clarke owned and operated a systems integration company in London for many years. He has also spent 11 years consulting in Australia, working with global clients such as Google. Now he heads up the Dexus smart building technology team to deliver the next generation of cutting-edge digitally enabled buildings.

About Agar:
Agar is a senior consultant with A.G. Coombs Advisory with over 35 years’ industry experience. He is responsible for the provision of advice to clients on a range of facilities management related issues including asset management, commissioning, building tuning and service management and the adoption of leading-edge technologies to optimise buildings operation and maintenance.

His experience also encompasses the asset management field. Agar has more than 10 years’ experience in the IT industry implementing service and asset management systems for a diverse range of clients including Qantas, Telstra and Macquarie Bank. Since 2008, Agar has been a leading advocate of building information modelling (BIM) in Australia. He was instrumental in the early application of BIM on landmark projects and a founding contributor of BIM initiatives by AIRAH, AMCA (BIM MEPAUS), AIA and NATSPEC.

Korular is a systems architect for global strategic accounts at Schneider Electric. He has over 20 years’ experience within the controls industry and has been the technical point of contact in numerous building management systems regarding tender, design, and execution.

Korular provides technical governance, risk management, and value-add engineering during the sales and project execution stages. He also consults with clients during design and implementation to help them meet their performance objectives.

About McElhinney:
As Vice President of Technology, McElhinney manages and drives the development of Conserve It’s industry-leading chiller plant optimisation technology and associated products. He has been leading product development for building automation systems and solutions for more than 20 years, and has served as a key member of the open source Project Haystack Community for 10 years. For seven of those years, McElhinney has also served on the Project Haystack Board of Directors.
