Thomas is a long-term (renewable) energy aficionado. He represents the European Heat Pump Association (EHPA) as secretary general in Brussels.

Apart from closely following the energy transition – both in the electricity and heating sectors – he is the owner of a heat pump, a PV power plant and the building in which they both peacefully cooperate.

Managing Director
GeoExchange Australia (LinkedIn)

Yale is the founder and managing director of GeoExchange Australia. He has 25 years’ experience in the sustainability sector – the past 13 of which have been specifically in heat pump systems.

Yale is part of the AIRAH Renewable Heating and Cooling STG and is currently leading an industry position paper on heat pumps.
