Jessa Grimsey has been working as a mechanical engineer for one year. She joins AIRAH as a new Affiliate member.

After two years in her role in which she has been in responsible charge of work, Jessa applies for the Member grade.

Jessa applies for professional accreditation on the AIRAH Professional Engineer Register (APER).

Now 13 years into her career and owing to her involvement in developing industry standards and organising AIRAH conferences, Jessa applies to become an AIRAH Fellow.

David starts studying at an Australian TAFE to be a RAC technician. He takes up a free AIRAH Student membership so he can access AIRAH’s resources.

After graduating, David enters the workforce. He is now 26. Wanting to continue to develop his career, he transitions his free Student membership to a discounted Under 30 Affiliate membership.

David turns 31. He switches his membership from the Under 30 Affiliate membership to Affiliate membership.

At 34, David moves off the tools into a role as a marketing executive for an indoor air quality company. While not directly in the trade, he still values AIRAH’s networking and event offerings. He applies and qualifies as an Associate Member.
