AIRAH has created the industrial
refrigeration special interest group as a means of forming closer ties
with the industrial refrigeration sector and allowing us to deliver better
services to the sector.
Membership of the special interest group is open to any company or individual
with an interest in industrial refrigeration, and offers the following
benefits:
• Attendance for all staff at AIRAH professional development courses,
seminars and conferences at member pricing.
• Involvement in industry surveys from time to time.
• Involvement in discussion groups.
• Quarterly newsletter and regular e-mail alerts to keep group informed
of Australian and overseas technical developments, regulation changes
and other important information.
• Receipt of monthly AIRAH magazine – EcoLibrium®.
• Special interest group membership certificate to each company.
In the case of a company, three staff are to be nominated to receive the
communications detailed above - the plant manager, OH&S manager and
plant supervisor, for example.
Special interest group yearly membership fees
Annual special
interest group membership fees are based on the number of staff the company
has, and are as follows:
| 1-9 staff | $1500 per year |
| 10-29 staff | $3000 per year |
| 30+ staff | $5000 per year |
Membership* entitles companies to send their staff to AIRAH courses and conferences at member rates.
