Management Team

Phil Wilkinson Chief Executive Officer

Phil Wilkinson became the Chief Executive Officer of AIRAH in July 2010. He joined the Institute in 2002 following six years working in a multidisciplinary building services engineering consultancy in Queensland. Phil was formerly responsible for planning and directing all professional development and technical activities of the organisation and holds his Masters in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sheffield in the UK.

Neil Cox Chief Operating Officer

Neil Cox was promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer in July 2010. He joined AIRAH in 2005 with an initial brief to bolster the publishing revenues. He set up and managed the AIRAH ARC assessment program between 2007 to 2009. His current responsibility is the overall management of the day to day business of the Institute.

Carolyn Hughes Education Manager

Marina Gutkin Finance and Administration Manager

Marina joined AIRAH in 2005 as an accounts officer. In 2009, she was promoted to the position of Finance and Administration Manager. Marina is responsible for the overall financial control and receipt and payment of all accounts. Marina holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting from Swinburne University in Melbourne.
