Overview



The Sydney Forum will be held in Sydney on Monday, November 13, 2017. 

A unique forward-thinking NSW Consortium consisting of leading built-environment industry bodies, local council, as well as state and commonwealth governments have established the series Sydney Forum, which aim to host discussions, presentations, and networking in order to catalyse the uptake of sustainability initiatives in the mid-tier building sector in NSW.

The forums will work to increase relationship between all stakeholders in the mid-tier supply chain. Both need to work together and be engaged on common goals and objectives for successful energy-efficient facility. Facility managers need to know their building and occupants, and the contractors need to know their systems.

    Opportunity Knocks 

Jonathan leads the public affairs department at the GBCA. He has 15 years of experience in government relations, strategy and project management roles in the public and not-for-profit sectors in Australia and the UK.

Opportunity Knocks
sets out five immediate actions for governments to realise the opportunities established through the latest policy thinking, and accelerate energy efficiency for mid-tier buildings. With government leadership through progressive policy and ongoing collaboration with industry we know we can transform the mid-tier sector, help meet our international commitments and grow business and the economy.
